Hi my loves, I am back again and so much has happened ever since the last published post! I've been working on content from USA to India to Hong Kong and Indonesia, but here's one from New York! 

LA LA LAND

Hello my loves. Let me just start by saying how much I'm in love with LA, it's such a dream. There's this buzz of electricity and inspiration all around when I'm in this city. You know that good feeling a place gives you? LA is that for me.

Hello my loves, hi from Brooklyn! As you might have known from my Instagram updates, I've been on the best road trip adventure – crazy journey but so worth it! Being constantly on the move made it a little hard to blog, but I'm back now with updates from my journey! 

THE SUMMER FROCK

If there was a type of dress I could own during the summer, (in my case, it's summer all year round..) it would be an off shoulder dress. It is incredibly hot in Singapore right now, I guess that makes it the perfect opportunity to get a little sun-kissed with an off shoulder number. I paired this dress with my current favourite pair of slides from ALDO and I borrowed my Mom's straw bag to complete this look. Aren't slides the best thing ever created? I love how they are so effortless yet versatile, favourite footwear for warmer days.

Bonjour! I couldn't help myself but to dress like a Parisian, switching up my bakerboy hat with a beret would have been a better option, but I love my bakerboy hat a little too much. 

THE NAVY PLAYSUIT

Some would like to think that the weather affects your wardrobe choices - well, gloomy wet days in London saw me reaching out for darker pieces. Dressed in Fash Mob's playsuit, a baker boy hat and my statement novelty bag, I immediately felt like this outfit made it to one of my favorites despite the weather.

Oh how time flies when you're traveling, can't believe it's been a month since I've updated. Definitely not neglecting this space any longer, I've got a whole load of content to share with you! 

MOUNT WELLINGTON

THE GINGHAM DRESS

This dress definitely brings me back to when I was little, who remembers the time when it was gingham everything? I know I do. This dress complimented my straw hat and bag so well, that I received a couple of compliments when I was having lunch by the vineyards. Fash Mob brought this classic print back, in not just Blue but Red as well. Don't you think this dress makes the perfect one-piece outfit for a summer picnic or a bicycle date? I'd pair the red option with a denim jacket and converse chucks, there are just endless ways to wear gingham!

SYDNEY OPERA HOUSE

Hello from Sydney! Spent the first day exploring around the city in this lovely dress from Privacy Please. The weather was still warm, so I was very thankful for this lace up back detail – easy breezy they say?

POP OF YELLOW

Squeezing in one more outfit post before I fly off to Australia tonight! Can I just express my new love for the color yellow right now. It looks amazing when paired with white and blue, which means - countless denim combinations.

A FRESH START

Hey my loves, I hope you guys had an amazing start to 2017! ✨ Dan and I have been busy planning this year's travels and I'm so excited to announce that we've locked down 4 countries so far! (whee hoo)

FIND WONDER.

And here we are again, closing up another chapter whilst opening another one altogether. I'm not gonna lie, it has been a truly amazing year for me. I remember stating in last year's post that 2015 was more of a continuation into 2016 and indeed, it felt just like that. I will not be doing a photo timeline here (on Instagram Stories instead) this year, but let's take a walk down memory lane together. 

January- February: Bangkok - Chiangmai - Bangkok | March - April: USA | May: Cebu, Phillipines | June: Bangkok | July: Guangzhou, China | August: Batam | September: Vietnam | October: Batam

I've never travelled so much within a span of 10 months but I loved every moment of it. 2017 is going to be nothing short of amazing - new projects, clearer goals and exciting travels.

These are the best parts of my #2016. 

-My relationship with Dan has grown stronger than ever. 

-My eldest sister Amanda, got married in the States, and I had the honour of being one of her bridesmaids.

- I got to snowboard with Dan and my family for the first time.

- I've travelled to beautiful cities with amazing friends.

- I've lost some friends but I feel lighter and happier.

- I have my dream room to work and create in.

- I've had the best ever Birthday and Christmas celebrations with loved ones whom I hold so dear to my heart.

- Knowing that there is no greater power in the Universe than the power of love.

In summary, I hope 2017 will be a kind and fulfilling year for all of you reading this. Remember, make space for what matters and you have to do what you dream of doing even while you're afraid 💫

CHRISTMAS EMERALD

Merry Christmas everyone! I've had an amazing time with my loved ones, and I hope you guys did too! In true holiday spirit, I've recreated last year's look. No doubt, I'd go for a silk piece this time. Don't you just think that emerald green and gunmetal grey go so well together? That explains last year's color palette choice too.

THE ROSE SILK SLIP

As you guys know, I've been on a blush pink streak recently and when you dress in blush pink from head to toe – you definitely have an obsession. Also, when you own a dress in 2 colors, it's without a doubt an essential (not even guilty). It's finally the best month of the year, the air is cooler which makes it the perfect time to layer up. 

STAR DUST AND BLUSH DREAMS

"Second star to the right, and straight on til morning – Peter Pan"

Still my favourite quote of all time from the Disney classic – Peter Pan. There is just something about stars that make you feel in love; make you dreamy; make you feel that touch of magic and that is exactly how I feel when I had this dress on.

THINK PINK: THE SILK ROBE

It has always been all things blush and silk, wearing this color palette all year round and I still can't get enough of it. One of my favourite casual combos yet, and what's better when the location matches your outfit. This is my first ever silk robe and L'Academie has definitely aced it with the perfect robe. Completely obsessed with everything about it. I love how it's the ideal travel piece, comfortable yet a statement. Funny how it also reminds me of lazy mornings in a loft, dancing and twirling away to La Vie En Rose on the vinyl player..

THE BATHING SUIT

In all honesty, this has got to be the most comfortable swimsuit I've ever worn and own. There are no wires or padding, it's a piece of magic on its own. When I say magic, I'm not kidding. This swimsuit dries sooo quickly?! C'mon, we've all been there - putting on a dry piece of clothing over our wet swimsuit is just... no. I spent all morning at the beach in this piece, and it feels like second skin. I paired my look with GRANA's Linen Boyfriend Shirt, and yay for me, I don't actually have to steal Dan's shirt anymore. BLUSH BABY

I'm still on the hunt for the perfect Levi's 501 vintage jeans, but I guess this pair that I have now works just as well. Always ask yourself if you're able to match a piece of clothing more than 5 different ways before you purchase it! When I saw this pair of mom jeans, I knew I had to get it. It's in the perfect wash and I love how the edges are raw. You can either fold them up or leave them down - here's another look where I left them down. If there ever was a color palette to stick to for the rest of my life, it's going to be a blush/white/denim combo. And no, I'll never get over my obsession with blush and rose gold, nuff said.
